Absolutely useless. Doesn't do much of anything but give definitions of the processes. Doesn't state what the requirements are, doesn't go into detail about what you need to do, what evidence you need to create. Save your money and apply it to buying the ISO Standard document.

At 1st I thought... lame overview of the new 2011 update - However, it was worth the "read". I hope that you enjoy it as well.
