When I decided to buy this kindle edition it was to avoid taking with me the print edition when traveling to work on organizational and team designing projects.

I was frustrated when I realized that the kindle edition doesn't content the working tables or the explaining diagrams that would help to follow and apply the workbook content as it was innitially conceived. Instead, the book is sending and refering you continously to pages of the other autihor's book, "Designing Team-Based Organizations".

Though, in the Introduction and Approach of the Workbook, that you can read when downloading the sample before buying the whole book, mentions that "...the design process is based on the research-based framework for team-based organizations the is presented in detail in "designing Team-Based Organizations...", I couln't find any reference about any difference of the workbook with the self-sustained print edition, nor about the lack of tools through charts, tables and graphics available in the print edition, nor about the need of having the other book at hand to use the workbook, which makes it less handly and useful.

Therefore, my recomendations are, first, not to buy the kindle edition, and, second, to distrust any book description made by Jossey-Bass Publishers, given that it seems that they may pursue a "depredatory" marketing and selling approach.Designing and Leading Team-Based Organizations, A Leader's/Facilitator's Guide (TM) (Jossey-Bass Business & Management)
