Angelina Ballerina is a children's book series by author Katharine Holabird and illustrator Helen Craig about a fictional mouse (full name Angelina Jeanette Mouseling) who is training to become a ballerina. The first book in the series was published in 1983, and since then there have been over twenty books in the series. The series is set in Chipping Cheddar, a place similar to 1920s London.

Angelina and the princess~ a sweet story for children. In another touching story from the ‘Angelina Ballerina’ series, Miss Lilly’s ballet school is invited to perform for the princess of Mouseland. Angelina hopes to have a leading role in the performance, but instead is only given a minor one. Disappointed, she never wants to go to ballet class again. But, with her mother’s encouragement, she agrees to try to do her best in the role she has been given. There is a sweet and happy ending, and the story is complimented by detailed and beautiful color illustrations
