Fabulous, homey, comfy text and illustrations... this was my 16 year old daughter's favorite book when she was little and her older sister remembered reading it to her. Now that she has her first baby she wanted a copy of her own. This grandma was thrilled to oblige.

Beautiful companion to Marshmellow Kisses.
Wat!?
This book is very sweet and great for little ones. My 2 year old loves it and it reminds her of many of the things we do throughout the winter months.

Flannel Kisses by Brennan_ Linda Crotta - Takabayashi_ Mari
Rhyming children's book about a winter day and how the children dress and go out to play in the snow and come in for warmth and repeat.
I received this book from National Library Service for my BARD (Braille Audio Reading Device).

We found this book at our library and had to get our own copy, and then we had to buy its companion book, Marshmallow Kisses. Both evoke the delights of the seasons with sweet, simple but specific and unusual text and gorgeous, heavily detailed, folk art-style illustrations. These books make me want to run away with my family to a cozy, country life with cocoa and quilts, and they've been a big hit with our two-year-old, who loves to follow the little stories-within-the story in the tiny images in the pictures.

This book seems to have been written and illustrated for my husband and I and our oldest 2 children. Every detail is as if they are speaking of and drawing our family. It touched my heart so much and I bought the books for my kids to always remember ...
We loved this book. A favorite of my kids. The illustrations are wonderful and sweet.
