Air conditioning ductwork has a large volume of air moving through it when . Thus, to get good fresh air it is recommended that you clean your air ducts. You should clean up the air ducts every 4-7 years.

These ducts are generally located out of sight, behind walls or high up in the ceiling. That’s why we tend to forget that they too need some Tender Loving Care too! According to some surveys conducted, an average house consisting of six rooms collects 40 pounds of dirt, dust and allergens in its duct.

Airflow is a historically important tool in the data engineering ecosystem. Airflow-style patterns without dependencies are still supported (and sometimes encouraged!); just because Prefect allows for dataflow, doesn’t mean you have to use it!

The info in this book is very valuable to a novice would be head porter. There are no magic bullets in it and the author sticks to tried and true basics and gives tips on where to search for more airflow in your particular application. I am very displeased with the quality of this book however. The letters are barely legible and it looks like it was printed on a printer running out of ink. The diagrams are color coded to show different parts of ports etc reffered to in the text but mine simply has shades of black and gray with no way to tell which is which. I may have gotten a dud but thought I'd mention this anyway.

I'm sure the author of this book has plenty to offer to the performance community, BUT, this piece suffers from a lack of editing. If you are going to publish something, at least do a spelling and grammar check on it first. And NO, prefacing the book with the statement that it has problems does not excuse the problems. (If the book was free, yes, but I paid for it) The illustrations are barely intelligible, when the text says "see the blue line in the illustration and how it compares to the red line" and the illustration is black monotone, things get a bit confusing. When you start off building a flow bench in one direction then change in mid-stream to a different design, it also gets confusing, Deangelis also seems to be in love with the word "abortion", as he uses it frequently. If he does a re-write and fixes the problems, (and gets an editor) I'm expecting, and looking forward to, a free copy. Overall, some good info, if you can get by all the problems. The best thing about the book is that you don't have to read repeatedly about work performed on a Mini, in the sixties......

All good.

I found this book to be ok, but not everything I expected. It is a little generic although it does include some good info. It could also have included more pictures. I would still recommend it however if you are looking to become a little more informed about airflow.

Overall very useful. Content is well presented, although publishing is less than professional, and website referred to does not currently exist (May-2010).

This book gives many answers to old questions about port shapes and sizes. The old centence "bigger is better" is shot down.
This book touches on some very good topics. I feel more effort could have been put into developing these topics further into something the reader could actually take away and use.
Not a bad effort for an obvious first attempt. Would like to see this book make it a second revision and developed further.
