Purchase for my son for school. Good condition and as usual, like any college book, always overpriced.

This was a school book so it started off as a 1 star review..then as i read it was actually interesting. For any one who enjoys the world of fitness this is a great addition to the magazines and supplement reviews.

I have this book as a requirement for my health and wellness class. Without it, I get no degree. As it is, I'm not particularly interested in the topic from this elementary level. But this book is not bad, and perhaps even enlightening to someone who has never worked on these issues before.

CD was not included in this used book yet there was no notice that it was missing. DIsappointed by this omission.
