As the title says, this volume contains the Land Records of Sussex County Delaware between 1681 and 1725. In general, land records are less helpful to genealogical researchers than wills and proceedings of probate courts (which are more likely to contain names of relatives). However this volume is helpful for those looking for additional confirmation of residence. An index is included.
