If Hitler was indeed a British agent, trained at Tavistock between February and November 1912 (as apparently was Stalin) - see Greg Hallett's 'Hitler Was A British Agent' page 87, 'Hitler's Deconstruction' - then who first planted the seed in Der Führer's mind to eliminate European Jewry, and including other European 'undesirables', or supposed 'inferior races', meaning Hitler was also trained to kill Spanish, Czechs, Poles, Russians, French, Belgians and Dutch?

Considering the Brits' penchant for eugenics, meaning the beliefs and philosophies of Galton, Russell, Huxley and Davenport, among others, including ex-Premier Balfour, further suspicion arises when on July 24, 1912 the First International Congress of Eugenics opened in London and, supporting it were many prominent persons including its president Leonard Darwin, son of Charles Darwin, as well as honorary vice-president Winston Churchill himself, then First Lord of the Admiralty and future Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
