Mark Lemley, Peter S. Merges. Professors Robert Merges and John Duffy discuss the Bilski decision extensively in this podcast with Professor Doug Lichtman. They argue that, rather than put forward a complete and consistent theory of patentable subject matter, the majority laid down a bright-line rule derived partly from the Supreme Court subject-matter trilogy: Gottschalk v. Benson, Parker v. Flook and Diamond v. Diehr. The Intellectual Property and High Technology Technical Amendments Act of 2002 (Subtitle B) clarifies the Office’s policy on prior art rejections stemming from international applications and publications.

I've had both volumes and the supplement and have not encountered the binding or print issues the other reviewers have, I like the contents so far it's pretty easy to read and understand and the post case notes aren't just filler like some Case Books. Great price and it is paperback so maybe that's the cause of some problems but due to the split volumes you can carry the books around without breaking your back
Shakagul
A great textbook covering the basic of IP law well written and thought provoking problems.

My book on IP arrived, and the first 50 pages of a book about Ab Wheel workouts was included inadvertently. One page of my table of contents was printed off center, so part of the contents are missing. I'm hoping the rest of the book is included.

The Edition was wrong! They were sorry and gave me back my money but I lost time and the opportunity to buy an affordable right edition and this they did not pay for.
Trash Obsession
Easy to read
The book is not broken and looks pretty new. But there are too many marks in it, almost half of the page is covered by yellow mark.
