Spencer finds the doctrine of Comparable Worth absurd and threatening (and Denker's stacked-deck version of it certainly is), so he writes a sarcastic opinion, and yet finds for the plaintiff, feeling certain higher courts will overrule him. Henry Denker (born November 25, 1912) is an American novelist and playwright. Denker is a lawyer by training, which shows in many of his works. Seventeen of his novels-more than by any other author-have been selected and published by "Reader's Digest Condensed Books".
