His second MANHATTAN CARNIVAL: A DRAMATIC MONOLOGUE was a Pulitzer Prize nominee and performed on stage in New York, Cambridge, and Los Angeles. A dozen of his plays have been produced in New York and in reps. His best known straight play is the comedy THE FAMILY CIRCLE which was first produced at the Provincetown Playhouse in New York and then in . His fifth, CITY LIFE, was a Pulitzer nominee.
