Literally from the first word of this novel, you will feel like you are on a rocket sled that never slows down. There is action, action, and then more action. But that doesn't say anything about the hilarious and rock hard prose of Tom Graves, the author. Roll up Harry Crews, Charles Willeford, Carl Hiassen, Larry Brown, and Reservoir Dogs into one big ball of mean, and you have Pullers. I read it in one sitting -- could not put it down. What I want to know is when Tom Graves is going to write another novel. He's written some outstanding nonfiction you can find on amazon, but I hope he comes back to another novel this wild and this good. Grab it folks!
