God Ain't Through Yet. By Thriftbooks. com User, June 6, 2010. I truly loved it! God Ain't Through Yet was a a real page-turner, and a fantastic read. This book took Annette, Pee Wee, Rhoda and Jade exactly where I need them to be.

After her husband Pee Wee--the man she cheated on--begins to give up on their marriage and moves in with his new lady and their daughter starts hanging out with the wrong crowd, Annette Goode Davis must draw on all her resources, including good friend Rhoda O'Toole, to save her family. (general fiction). By the best-selling author of God Ain't Blind

First off, the book had a number hilarious parts, especially when Annette's new suitor took her to dinner and then skipped out on paying for it. I cracked up for a long time over that.

It was white knuckle time especially reading about Rhoda's pain in the butt daughter. Her antics kept me on the edge of my seat. I just wished her poor hubby would have gone and stayed gone in order to preserve his sanity (and life).

I give it a four because perhaps my memory is fuzzy, but I could have sworn that in prior installments: Rhoda had served time in jail; she and Annette fell out; Scary Mary was killed in a car crash and I think MaDear passed away.

I just could not understand why after all those years, Otis, Rhoda's husband, was oblivious to Rhoda's and his best friend's long-term tryst. I was also wondering if Annette and PeeWee got back together again, and whatever became of his concubine Little Leg Lizzie. But I guess we will get the answers to these questions in the next installment.

I love the continuation of these characters! M.M. has had me hooked on these books for years. I know there will be another part to this series because Pee Wee and Annette has some unfinished business. Hopefully in the next book Jade will get what she deserves, and Rhoda will take off her rose colored glasses and realize what type of daughter she truely has. It's kind of hard to believe that after everything Jade has done, Rhoda still believes her child is so sweet. How come everyone else can see this childs' "horn", but Rhoda is completely oblivious to what's going on? With all that being said, I can't wait for the next book!

Another great book by Mary Monroe. You won't be able to put this book down without finishing it. I've just about read every book she's written. She is an awesome writer.

Page Turner! Though the characters are all familiar by this time, the plot twists here were great! Less drama but more developed story telling. I loved this and was really disappointed when the book ended. I immediately purchased the next (and final) installment. Kudos again to Mary Monroe!

The storyline kept my attention and I enjoyed the characters. Had to stop and laugh, when the characters said some real catch phrase, that made me shake my head and say, did they just say that, or did that, love the book.

A good read but it takes a while to get to story lines.

I love the characters although somewhat outlandish and a little too much dialogue for my taste, but I love the series.
I've read all of the books in this series and I'm excited to see my girl Annette rise above once again. I see myself in Annette in many ways. She a fighter and has determination no matter what comes to knock her down, she won't let it take her out!!!

There are times I think Rhoda and Jade should live on another planet...smh...that chick beat that man and her mom thought she was right!?!?! He serve her with divorce papers and she thinks HE'S wrong!?!?!

PeeWee and Annette can make it...THEY HAVE TOO!!!
