With that said, I was brought up to believe that if you have nothing good to say, don't say anything at all. However, the book seemed to me like a mish-mash of ideas that were never fleshed out completely and two genres rolled up into one book. I simply felt let down. Therefore, I guess the nicest thing to say, about this book, is it is not for me.

This a really good book! Published by Thriftbooks.

Kristin Burns is making her way in New York City. Her photos are being considered at a major Manhattan gallery, she works by day with two wonderful children, and the man of her dreams is almost hers for keeps. But just as everything she's ever wanted is finally within reach, her life changes forever--with one murderous nightmare. Kristin wakes up every morning from the same chilling, unforgettable dream. And suddenly, it's visiting her during the day too. As her life turns stranger by the minute, Kristin is haunted and terrified. Is it all in her head? Or is the nightmare becoming her life? Kristin searches desperately for what's real through the lens of her camera, only knowing two things for sure: that no place is safe and the fate of everyone she loves lies in her hands.

Worst James Patterson book I ever read. I can't believe he had his name put on this book. It stunk! A HUGE disappointment. What's worse is I can't believe I continued reading the dumb book. I have always been an avid James Patterson fan. I loved his books. Honestly, this was the worst book I have ever read. Please Mr. Patterson...don't do this to me again.

Another good read by James Patterson! This book is different from his others. You’ll have to read it to find out in what way it’s different. I don’t want to give it away!

This was just too weird. No real character development and a lousy story. Very much a waste of money. Kept hoping it would get better.

I guess I was ruined by reading all of the murder club and Alex cross books. This one is ok but can't hold a candle to his earlier ones that had no co author. Maybe it's just me but they are just not as good. And priced the same or more. Guess I'll just reread the older ones I KNOW I will enjoy.

I don't put too much into bad reviews, and apparently this book got a lot of them. I have been reading James Patterson novels for the past 12 years and I would honestly say that despite the bad reviews I loved this book. It drew me in within the first 100 pages and kept me pushing to the end with that "I have to know what is going on" feeling until the last word was read, all the while leaving me feeling very detached from the real world. I encourage you to exercise the right to think for yourselves, and if you are not sure whether or not to spend the money on it, go to the library.

This book was a train wreck from beginning to end. Never thought I'd say this about a book with James Peterson's name attached. Didn't quite get this. The book was over & didnt know where I was. Waste of $$$$.
Bought this on Kindle not realizing I already read the hardcover. It was so forgettable I couldn't remember much about it, so I retread it. Probably his weakest book ever, don't waste your money.
