The black man's place in south africa. The Black Man's Place in South Africa By Peter Nielsen. The author of this book claims the qualifications of an observer who, during many years, has studied the ways and thoughts of the Natives of South Africa on the spot, not through interpreters, but at first hand, through the medium of their own speech, which he professes to know as well as the Natives themselves.

A certain Peter Nielsen in his manuscript "The Black Man Place in South Africa" gives a fascinating answer a century ago. A treatise on the so-called "Native Question" of the times, this forgotten manuscript makes fascinating reading for anyone. Whatever your interest, this book will definitely inform your perspective; find out for yourself.

The white man has taken up the burden of ruling his dark-skinned fellows throughout the world, and in South Africa .

The white man has taken up the burden of ruling his dark-skinned fellows throughout the world, and in South Africa he has so far carried that burden alone, feeling well assured of his fitness for the task. But to-day the white man is being disturbed by signs of coming strength among the black and thriving masses; signs of the awakening of a consciousness of racial manhood that is beginning to find voice in a demand for those rights of citizenship which hitherto have been so easily withheld.

The author of this book refers to many examples including studies and sciences to show that while and black people are the same. There is no intrinsic element that makes one race superior to the other. He applies this to other races around the world. The conclusion is that it is a fallacy to believe or state that one some people are naturally superior to others because of belonging to a certain race.

The study has its own limitation since it refers mostly or exclusively to the Bantu people of South Africa and the White people there. Another limitation I attribute to this study it the solution it provides to live peacefully namely dividing the land and people in such a way that black (educated and native) have their own land as well as white people in South Africa. I believe there is and might be a better solution than that.

This book proves to have been written by a well informed person. I learned much through his experience expressed in writing. I believe his intention is to tell the world and every human person that belonging to a certain race, or nation, or community, or tribe should not lead people to behaving as superior or inferior towards others. The challenge is that if a fallacy has already been established as the truth, it may take some generation or an insightful and heroic person to expose the lie and let the truth triumph.

Provides a good perspective for those of us who want to have a better understanding of issues related and who would like to make an assessment of the South African situation with some objectivity. Also for us who are at a distance, such literature make available to us information and perspectives which we otherwise find difficult to obtain.

This idiot's book is about white supremacy in an Africa where he had no right being in the first place.

I guess he feels and is inferior?

This book and the author are a joke. He should actually pay US to read it.

Not to mention his tenuous grasp on cognition. This Peter Nielsen guy's clearly not too bright.
