Like I said, I had to get this book for my History class. It was really boring to have to read, but that can be attributed to how much of it we had to read at one time. When I took my time to read it and enjoy it, I actually found it quite interesting. Lots of primary sources, worked really well for the papers we had to write. And it gives you a first-hand experience of what was happening in the past 50 years. I wish I had more time to read the whole thing carefully, because it's interesting material.

I've found this series to be a wonderful educating tool for teaching undergrad. and grad. students to think more critically about the primary source documents and the context surrounding them. Highly recommend the "Major Problems in..." series.
