Easy to read and comprehend - this book is on student's suggested reading list for Counselling Skills for a very good reason.
SARAND
Ordered this book through Amazon from Big Hearted Books. Book was used and listed in "Like New" condition. When the book was received it actually was 'Well Used'. Multiple highlights and writing throughout the book and many folded/creased pages. Hardly what I would call "Like New".
