Peter is Canada's leading constitutional law scholar and professor emeritus at Osgoode Hall Law School. We are very proud that he is part of our unique Scholar in Residence program. As Scholar in Residence, Peter continues with his academic work (writing and teaching) and provides counsel to the Firm in the areas of constitutional law, governmental liability and the law of trusts. He also assists with our continuing legal education and student recruitment activities. Peter became a professor at Osgoode Hall Law School in 1970.
