I am late reviewing this item. I needed to build up my book base for my Social Work degree. I needed to underastand more on why we practice social work, assessing and planning. This book helps you to understand the why's and the how's. The book covered many my needs,helped me with my finals. It is a good book. You can reveiw it before buying to see if it will meat your needs. :-)
