Casey (and her whole family) go way beyond the norm of foster carers. This little girl was forced into adulthood before she was 5 yrs old. It was not her moms fault due to her poor and declining heath. You hear so many horror stories in this country of the abuse children get at the hands of their carers Casey goes above and beyond with the children in her care. I just wished friends and family knew what this mom and her daughter were going though so they could of stepped forward alot sooner.
