This book would be very important to someone just starting out in the bid proposal process, learning how to put a project team together to how to reflect on the process at the end, whether the bid waa one or not. Speaking of that particular section, titled Learning Outcomes, I particularly enjoyed the way this section is phrased and the information contained. There's so much information that I think, at some points, the book could benefit from some personality or humor.
