I don't understand the rave reviews. The "wonderful illustrations" are nothing but very basic computer generated images that went into absolutely no detail about the actual "Anatomy of the Grey". Also included are crude line-drawings of Greys. There is no muscular definition or any other details at all. The images of O'Dell's Greys aren't even grey- they're blue. The strangest thing to me, however, was that O'Dell portrays the Greys as having two huge rectangular eyes. Looking at the author's cheap CGI picture, I felt as if was looking downward into a toaster. Where are the almond-shaped eyes?
The author often misuses words or uses the singular form of a noun when he intends for it to be plural. The misused apostrophes and typos also greatly interrupted the flow of reading.
The author sites many works, but never gives any insight or depth to the material quoted. He acts as if he is revealing a great unknown truth by claiming that the Greys and jivatmas of ancient India are one and the same, but he never explores that avenue. He makes many bold statements but never expands on them.
O'Dell also includes several photos of "orbs" of dubious quality. You can see much more interesting orbs online for free.
In a nutshell, the author contends:
The Greys exist on both the material and astral planes of existence. That's really pretty much it. O'Dell says that "intense historic evidence describing the jivatma are readily available in libraries and electronic text". Why doesn't he quote any of this vast knowledge to support his point? The author repeats himself throughout the book and never explains why he thinks what he does or how he came to his conclusion.
I really wanted to love this book. The title and reviews suckered me in. It was an unfortunate waste of the twenty minutes it took to read. If you want to learn about the multidimensional concept of reality mentioned by the author, search Kindle books for C.W.Leadbeater's "A Textbook of Theosophy." It's free and a superior product.
I just can't get over O'Dell titling his book "Anatomy of the Grey Human Body Grey Anatomy," when he couldn't even get the eyes right.

O'Dell's metaphysics is a good explanation for paranormal events such as alien abductions and UFO phenomena. What a refreshing UFO publication that never mentions government conspiracies which is just an absurd notion of military intelligence! Original work from a maverick philosopher! Hope to see more from this author.

Anyone who shies away from "alien theories" because they seem flighty or out-of-touch with reality will be gratified to discover this excellent text about the possibility of extra-terrestrial life. Both the origins of alien beliefs (including Indian mystical texts, which include respected yogic systems such as agni yoga) as well as modern, physical encounters with alien forms are explored. Technical evidence is presented without losing the wonder and sense of the mystical. Highly recommended for anyone who is interested in reading more about what might exist beyond Planet Earth.

This ia a definitive look through pictures and text on the deeper meaning behind grey body morphology. The pictures are fantastic and the text is insightful, providing new ideas behind such a mysterious subject.
JUST DO IT
Highly recommended! Unique, well-researched and a great read. It has wonderful illustrations & 3D images to illustrate a unique concept that binds both eastern & western fascination with our inner/outer world. A good coffee-table book for conversations, will look forward to the DVD of the characters in the near future!
