I thought this was a children's book and loved the gorgeous illustrations. When I brought it home and started reading it, I was so delighted I couldn't let it go. I even sent this to another dog lover friend. It works on many levels both for adults and young adults. It is wise, humorous, and any dog person will be able to identify with the information in the book. A dog truly is a friend like no other, and this book, both in words and illustrations, shows the dog to its best advantage. It's a delight and I'm so thankful I found it.

This is the best book written about the special friends dogs are for us.

However, the seller is not so good. The book was advertised as new. The covers front and back were scratched and the book was dirty. That's new? No that's worn and torn.

Then the merchants sent me an email asking me to remove my reveiw, and here is a quote from the vendors email. "I am hoping that you will remove your feedback."

If they sold something new as new there would be no need to for a reveiw removal request.

I will never buy from this vendor again.
