This is a great book for yourself and to gift. It's a good reminder that hugs are a must for good health.
When it first came out, a magazine made a sheet of all the hugs that you could post.
Wish the book came with it. I t would be great to frame.

This book is relevant to young and old. The message is clear and brilliantly simple - we all need to connect, to feel secure, to feel that we belong and to feel loved. All that can be expressed in one simple hug.

I would recommend this little big book to anyone who has to present a short program over coffee at a nursing home, at meetings when a short program is called for. It's as long as you want it to be and audiance participation will bring laughs.

this book is quite small, and somewhat disappointing, not enough hugs are illustrated and the text that goes with the illustrations seems incomplete. Not enough information. This little book should probably be cheaper also.
Love this book! Especially enjoy all the different types of hugs to try. would recommend this to others.
